🔄 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened health supplements
  • Opened skincare & personal care products
  • Items on sale or clearance

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via bank transfer or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

POLISI PEMULANGAN & BAYARAN BALIK

Kami ingin anda berpuas hati dengan pembelian anda. Jika anda tidak berpuas hati, kami menerima pemulangan tertakluk kepada syarat berikut:

  • Pemulangan mesti dibuat dalam tempoh 7 hari selepas menerima pesanan
  • Produk mesti tidak digunakan, tidak dibuka, dan dalam pembungkusan asal
  • Bukti pembelian (nombor pesanan) diperlukan

Produk Yang Tidak Boleh Dipulangkan

Produk berikut tidak boleh dipulangkan:

  • Suplemen kesihatan yang telah dibuka
  • Produk penjagaan kulit & peribadi yang telah dibuka
  • Produk jualan atau pelepasan stok

Proses Bayaran Balik

Setelah pemulangan diterima dan diperiksa, kami akan memaklumkan anda melalui e-mel atau WhatsApp. Bayaran balik yang diluluskan akan diproses dalam tempoh 7-14 hari bekerja melalui pindahan bank atau kredit kedai.

Penghantaran Pemulangan

Pelanggan bertanggungjawab menanggung kos penghantaran pemulangan kecuali produk rosak atau salah dihantar.
