HOW TO USE MAGNESIUM FLAKES?

Foot Soaks: Add 100-150g (approximately 1 cup) of Elementz Magnesium Flakes to enough warm water in a basin to cover feet. Sit, soak and relax for 20-40 minutes.

Body Soaks: Add 300-500g Elementz Magnesium Flakes to warm bath water. Lie back and relax for 20-40 minutes.

It is recommended to do foot or body soaks 2-3 times a week.

C. Caution

A deficiency in Magnesium can lead to and result in many illnesses which are treated with drugs. However, if you are currently being treated with any of the below medications, we suggest you consult with a doctor before taking magnesium. Please note that the general consensus for those with Myasthenia Gravis is to not use magnesium. Those with very low blood pressure should also exercise caution. And individuals with kidney disease/kidney failure should avoid magnesium. When in doubt, always consult with a medical professional.
